Sean Carpenter

Sean Carpenter is a government funding expert who has, over the past 12 years, put together over half a billion dollars in real estate deals using government programs. Sean continues to invest himself and works with clients and students around the country to get tenants for properties, six and seven figure developer fees, millions in tax credits and funding to cover rehabs, down payments and more. Sean has served as an Acquisitions Officer for a national Low Income Housing Tax Credit syndicator and as an Asset Manager for Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency. As an Asset Manager Sean maintained a portfolio of federally subsidized properties by conducting annual inspections, regular financial and rent increase analyses, and participated in workout and recapitalization strategies.
