Our February 2011 meeting of the Fairfield County REIA was a big success!

Everyone there told us they learned new information, made new connections, and had fun!

Laura Treonze taught us how to find potential properties to buy by calling people we know, calling from the phone book, and calling newspaper ads! She even gave us a script to use. We divided up into teams and started calling. Within 8 minutes over 40 people had been reached. All those who participated received a certificate toward a Saturday CTREIA seminar.

Then Ted Lanzaro told us how to save money on taxes by componentizing, and John Czel gave us a checklist to make sure we know our coverage.
