The CT REIA is the largest real estate investors & apartment owners association in the Northeast. Its mission is to provide educational, networking, and business-to-business opportunities for entrepreneurs in the real estate investment community. In the past four years CT REIA has been featured on CNN Financial News, The New York Times, Hartford Courant, Meriden Record Journal , Channel 30-WVIT and Channel 8 News-WTNH. We're firmly committed to promoting a sound understanding of ethical real estate investing principles and to help further develop our members’ investing abilities.

The Connecticut Real Estate Investors & Apartment Owners Association, is home to New England's largest real estate investors & apartment owners association.
We publish a newsletter, a magazine, maintain a web site, hold monthly meetings, seminars, & workshops. We also organize New England's largest business related trade show, hire a lobbyist, and staff a small office… all to benefit your business.

Our Business Associates are member referred and complete a qualification process prior to being invited to join.
Investor-to-Investor Networking: Find other members that compliment your investment strategy or can help you with your needs. With over 1000 members you will be able to find other to network with at our meetings or through our Members only section of the website.
Property Marketing or Acquisition: Present property you own or control at our monthly meetings to hundreds of other investors. Post your properties on the CT REIA website. Have your properties email blasted out to 1000+ other members. This is a proven way to sell or find investment property.
