All CT REIA memberships are annual (that is, they are effective for 12 months from the date that dues are paid). Membership dues vary by type. Our most popular membership plan is Individual Membership, which is $165.00 for the first year. Renewal is $150 for each year after. Additional household membership (Supplemental) is only $85.00. For other membership pricing and benefits, please view the chart above.
What about renewals? Is there a discount for renewing my membership?
Of course. Each additional year of membership is discounted. Once logged into the CT REIA website, accounts can easily be renewed by visiting the "My Account" page.
