The Connecticut Real Estate Investors & Apartment Owners Association is home to New England's largest real estate investors and apartment owners association. We publish a newsletter, a magazine, maintain a web site, hold monthly investment property meetings, seminars, & workshops. We also organize New England's largest business and real estate trade show, hire a lobbyist, and staff a small office... all to benefit your business.

Who Are Our Members?
Full-time and part-time investors, beginning investors and investors with 30 years of experience; wholesalers, renovation specialists (rehabbers), short sale negotiators, landlords, property managers, commercial investors, and note buyers. You will also meet people you may want on your team: real estate brokers and agents, business associates, attorneys, appraisers, property inspectors, accountants, bankers and contractors.
