About Jeremy Black

Jeremy Black is one of the stars of A&E’s hit TV show "Flip this House." He is also one of the principals of CT Homes, LLC one of the most successful real estate investment companies in the nation.

CT Homes, LLC was started in New Haven, CT and now has offices in San Diego, CA. Over the past 9 years Jeremy and CT Homes have bought and sold over 600 properties.

Jeremy personally helped acquire over 300+ of those deals in Connecticut and is currently in the trenches of the real estate business every day.

Jeremy is also a very active private lender and has personally funded and been involved in the companies lending residential lending programs for the past nine years.

As a real estate entrepreneur he has managed a large part of the companies real estate holdings through various real estate cycles, but more importantly he has seen the advantages of implementing systems in not only their business, but in the business of their students.

Jeremy is a very sought after speaker and has shared the stage with some of the most successful entrepreneurs and business owners in the country. Jeremy is a graduate of the University of California at Davis where he was also top collegiate wrestler.
