Born a natural entrepreneur, Jason Rodriguez began his real estate career in Orlando, Florida at the age of 24 after relocating from New York City and purchasing a real estate investing course where, as he puts it, he became instantly “hooked.” In fact, in the past ten years, Jason has completed over 400 real estate transactions all over the country and bought and sold over $20 million in real estate. Not bad for a former part-time FedEx delivery guy making $17,000 a year!
This real estate expert and educator, often called the “Tony Robbins of Real Estate Investing” is an owner of three highly productive companies, a firm believer in living a well-balanced life, and has found his niche teaching the secrets of his success to other investors, both new and experienced.
What makes Jason’s system unique is his ability to “move people to action.” In addition to teaching his students aggressive marketing techniques and formulas for analyzing deals in three minutes, Jason makes sure his students are in the proper mindset to achieve and accept success. He understands how important an individual’s mindset is to building wealth.
 Jason has invested over $200,000 in his own training and development, both in real estate investing and personal development courses. He has also worked with some of the best known personal development celebrities in the industry, facilitated their sales efforts at events and has spoken to audiences as large as 1,000. He’s also appeared as a real estate investing expert on XL 106.7 in Orlando and other radio stations.
Jason specializes in wholesaling properties with little or no money down and has created a seminar based on his system, “The Art of Wholesaling."
