When Is The Monthly Meeting
The CT REIA monthly meeting takes place on the 3rd Monday evening of each month. Our normal schedule is as follows:
- Networking from 5:30 to 5:45
- Early Bird Workshop from 5:45 to 6:15
- More Networking and Deal Presentations from 6:15 to 7:00
- Main Program from 7:00 to 8:30

Weekend Seminars
Almost every month we hold a one-day real estate seminar with our national speaker. This gives you 6 hours of investment training with a teacher who has participated in hundreds of real estate transactions. You will familiarize yourself with the topic and go home with specific real estate strategies for you to implement. If you choose, you will have an opportunity to study further and take advantage of the system the speaker has created. Within 12 months, if you attend each 1 day seminar, you will have well-rounded real estate training and be exposed to many aspects of real estate investing.

Evening seminars are taught by local real estate experts and investors on a variety of topics. You get the opportunity to find out how it’s done right here in the Northeast .CT REIA also hosts and produces several multi-day real estate seminars where you can dig deep into a particular topic. You will also forge relationships with other investors for profit and exchange of information.
