Empower Her Circle — A CTREIA Women's Group

Real estate investing has always had a strong network — but let's be honest, it's been a network built largely by men. Empower Her Circle is here to help and support women rising in the REI world!

We know that women rise faster when we have other women in our corner. In fact, more than 75% of high-ranking women credit a close, supportive circle of other women as key to their success. In an industry where women are still often the minority in the room, having a space that's truly ours matters more than ever.

Empower Her Circle is a monthly gathering for women in CTREIA to connect, decompress, celebrate wins, talk through challenges, and support each other — no agenda, no pitch, just real connection with women who get it.

When: 2nd Wednesday of every month, 8:00–9:00 PM
Where: Zoom (link sent to members)

Come as you are — literally. Pour your favorite nighttime drink, throw on your pajamas, let your hair down (messy bun encouraged), and come end your day with women who understand exactly what it took to get through it. You don't have to show up polished. You just have to show up.

This circle is about giving and getting in equal measure — every woman has something to offer, and every woman deserves support. Bring your day, your wins, your questions, your tired feet. Your lady colleagues are here for you.
