CTREIA Training Center

Real Estate is the only true form of wealth you can make money with.  Real estate investors may have heard that they can create an economic gain
at a tax loss, but very few really understand what that means.  Very few investors know how to maximize their real estate investment returns
Real Estate is a tax shelter, maybe the best legal tax shelter in the IRS Code.  Do you get the
maximum tax benefits out of your real estate?

Lee R. Phillips, has concentrated on asset protection for forty years.  He realized early on that the IRS is your major asset protection
threat and that real estate is the best way to protect yourself from the ravages of the IRS.  Lee is an attorney who represents clients
in US Federal Tax Court, the US Federal Court of Claims, and the United States Supreme Court, so he knows the tax laws.

Lee is also a real estate investor himself.  Saturday he will go into more depth concerning asset protection and the legal tools you can use to get security.
Lee will also take a deep dive into real estate taxation and how you can get more money in your real estate investing.
