Energize Connecticut is an initiative dedicated to empowering Connecticut to make smart energy choices, now and in the future. It is an initiative of the Energy Efficiency Fund, the Connecticut Green Bank, the State, and your local electric and gas utilities - Eversource and United Illuminating, Southern Connecticut Gas, and Connecticut Natural Gas, subsidiaries of AVANGRID, Inc. The initiative has funding support from a charge on customer energy bills.

One of the Energize Connecticut offerings is the Multifamily Initiative, which provides tailored solutions for both new construction and retrofitting existing multifamily properties with five or more dwelling units. Through this offer, you can enhance your property's energy efficiency and appeal with customized support. And benefit from technical assistance for energy efficiency projects, resources to help meet energy goals and options for integrating solar, battery storage, and demand response technologies. It also addresses health and safety concerns and provides incentives and financing for energy upgrades.
