There are many ways to advertise your Real Estate Investor (REI) business. We’ve already talked at length about the undeniable value of having a nice business card, but what about other methods to spread your name out there for all potential clients to see?
As great as it would be to have your face plastered on a billboard or on a local television commercial, the cost of those luxuries is entirely counterintuitive to making as much money as you can!
Thankfully, there are far more cost-effective ways on par with the business cards. If you want to get the word out fast and easy, create a flyer. Like your card, they should be eye catching, cleanly presented, and right to the point. Flyers are great for many reasons:
Spending money for paid ads on social media like Facebook is also an inexpensive method. As the site goes into further detail on their help page https://www.facebook.com/business/help/201828586525529, “you’ll have the option of either a daily or lifetime budget, along with the total amount you want to spend.” Thankfully, Facebook provides a bevy of options so you know exactly what you’ll be paying for. The maximum funds you’re willing to spend, the specified audience you’d like to target based on users’ posted interests, and other factors will make you feel safe as you implement their easy-to-use ad creation system that also has tutorials to help you.
A little ingenuity goes a long way when you want to advertise. So long as you get creative and go the extra mile, the public display of your REI business can easily put you miles ahead of your competitors.
