West Hartford, CT (December 6, 2010) – The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CT REIA is announcing a new series of webinars titled "The Nuts and Bolts Of Real Estate Investing." These webinars run for 30 minutes, and there will be multiple dates in the series. This event is free for CT REIA members. Non-members require CT REIA membership to receive access to this webinar series.

In the Nuts and Bolts Of Real Estate Investing series, CT REIA will be interviewing leading real estate professionals in Connecticut such as insurance brokers, home inspectors, home stagers, hard money lenders, appraisers, and more. This is the important, non-glamorous stuff you need to know to be successful in today’s market. Email CT REIA in advance and we will ask the questions you want asked. Topics that will be discussed include: how to get the most out of your investment property insurance; what to look for when inspecting a real estate deal and how to build your home buyer inspection checklist; save taxes in 2011 with a proper real estate tax guide; preparing your house for a quick sale or for rental; and much more.
